We agreed:

• In the Laws, there will be no concept of "offering" or "accepting". Resignation is a unilateral act.
• A resignation will come into effect when the other Trustees are informed (this should be done very quickly).
• A resignation can go to all the Trustees, or to the Secretary and the President. If the person resigning is either the Secretary or the President, then obviously they don't have to email themselves!
• A resignation must be in writing (email counts as writing)
• A resignation will be deemed immediate unless a date is specified.
